 Join our busy, patient-focused dermatology practice! We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Medical Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our patients and help keep our office running smoothly.

• Greet patients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner
• Check patients in and out for appointments
• Answer multi-line phones and direct calls appropriately
• Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
• Verify insurance information and update patient demographics
• Collect copays, balances, and process payments
• Scan and upload documents into electronic medical records
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with office paperwork
• Communicate with providers and clinical staff regarding scheduling or patient needs
• Ensure waiting area and front office remain organized and presentable
• Assist with prior authorizations, referrals, and other administrative duties as needed

• Previous medical office or receptionist experience preferred
• Dermatology experience is a plus
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and basic computer systems
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
